Approximately 300 volunteers worked carefully and patiently for hours, weathering every possible crisis to achieve their lofty goal. Credit is due to everyone who participated in this tremendous team effort, including Cora Scire, head of pasta-making at the Tre Mari Bakery, Eden Trattoria (the restaurant which cooked up the noodle for all excited and hungry residents and passerby), the young children of the J.J. Piccinini Community Centre, the Business Improvement Association: Jeff Guillan Chairman, and Cino Cucchi Vice-Chairman, and the co-producers of the Corso Italia Toronto Fiesta, Fernando Valladares and Lido Chilelli.
